Buddy Hooper's first memories are of his mother and father working side by side on their farm in a small east Texas town. He was bewildered when took their produce to the market and traded them for things they needed. His blue eyes still light up as he talks about these days. It was his first look at the business world, and the world of trade. Looking back, he also remembers the men from the bank as they took his family's cows and horses because there was no money to pay the bank loan. Buddy could not understand why the bankers would not accept the produce like the market owners.
It was years after Buddy had been a business person, and had been a consultant to a diverse number of businesses that he recognized a way to fully express himself in the business world. He often recalled his early experience with his parents and the bankers, the moneymen. He thought about produce rotting in the fields, inventories going nowhere, plants not operating, and peoples not working.
Barter is an alternative, an opportunity to utilize what we have to work with to make a better world for everyone. We do not have a shortage of services or merchandise, or a need for them. With Barter we have people ready to utilize that service and merchandise that could not afford to with the typical money constraints. The use of Barter can make everyone’s life better.
Buddy is completely dedicated to serving his clients in every way. Communication plays a very large part in this. Callbacks are very important.
Accounts want "Action" and want it in a professional manner. They need to feel a personal interest in THEIR needs, rather than indifference. Indifference is a commodity you will never find with Buddy.
